Earpsports will verify and validate winning performances as follows:
GOLF:
Winning scores will be verified with golf clubs of participating members, as performances must be achieved in official competitions, with cards marked by fellow players as normal practice.
Golfers should keep a copy of their scorecards as we would like to post the succesful winning scorecard onto the earpsports website.
Disqualification procedures will be followed for false submission of scores.

CRICKET INDIVIDUAL:
Winning performances will be verified through a) members club/league bodies, b) local press reports, c) seasonal averages.
Cricket clubs will be requested to forward the weekly winners succesful scoresheet to be posted on the earpsports website.
Disqualification procedures will be followed for false submission of scores.

Winning performances will be verified through, a) league secretary, b) members club, c) local press reports

Earpsports request that clubs and league bodies support us to ensure that fair play is carried out at all times. Players and teams found in breach of fair play will be disqualified from that particular competition (weekly, monthly or annual) with nil points scored.
